To us, the image above has become iconic in showing how this all began. Although Lizzy Belle and I were never alone in building her project we certainly spent our time together sailing solo throughout the Carribbean. We have grown! And now we find ourselves surrounded with a community of friends and family, from all over the world, built around the ideals of living a lifestyle at sea... and sharing in the experience together. What an adventure it has become...who knew? One could say our objectives could simply be to continue to grow as a family and share what we have discovered with others...
Lizzy Belle
Lizzy Belle has become a hero! Her name is known internationally through Kevin Fraser's short documentary, Twenty Eight Feet - life on a little wooden boat. We have been flooded with emails from people who are either sharing their own adventures at sea or have sold their houses and cars and are on their way. No matter what the future brings we know Lizzy Belle will continue her journey in Blue Waters and beyond, alongside Sorca, and whomever else comes our way in the future.
SORCA
Although Sorca is a massive 76 feet length overall, in our eyes she is the daughter of Lizzy Belle. As we conitinue to grow and build our team of family and friends, we continue to need more berths for all of us to rest our heads. Moving forward we will continue our lives on the ocean, bring in more family and friends, grow together and continue sailing and sharing our adventures online. We couldn't have asked for more. Stay tuned as we add to the Story of Sorca... daughter of Lizzy Belle.
Our goals are simply to learn by putting ourselves out there. Create awareness and live a sustainable lifestyle at sea and of course... grow together and share our experiences with those who want to join in on the adventure.
